Six players re-sign their contracts!

We are delighted to announce that Damian Kapica, Martin Dudáš, Jiří Gula, Jakub Šaur, Aleš Ježek and Denis Perevozchikov have signed new contracts!

Damian Kapica, our best scorer, plays in the striped jersey since 2015. His beautiful journey continues as he signed until the end of the next season.

Martin Dudáš is a player that needs no introduction. Our captain is currently enjoying his third stint with the club having previously played for Pasy between 2008 and 2010 as well as during a very successful 2012/13 campaign. Martin has won four PHL medals – two gold and two silver. He’ll have a chance for another trophy next season. Captain, welcome back!

Jiří Gula joined the team in 2019 and immediately proved himself as a vital part of the lineup. His outstanding field vision, strength and the ability to strike the puck from distance made him a regular in coach Roháček’s starting five. Last season he had 5 goals, 19 assists and a plus minus ratio of 18. His new contract is valid until the end of 2021/22 season.

Another defender who stays with the team is Jakub Šaur. 29-year-old Czech amassed 23 points last season. He also scored a solid +17 plus minus ratio which immensely helped us in getting to the finals. Kuba, we’re glad to have you back!

Aleš Ježek has also signed a new contract. The following season will be his third in Cracovia. 30-year-old Czech is a very versatile player – he’s a great defender with attacking abilities. Last season he played mainly as a forward scoring 19 points.

Last, but not least, Denis Perevozchikov. Our starting goalie, who came to the club as a last minute reinforcement, has quickly established his position within the club proving himself to be a vital part of the team. In 17 games played he blocked 94% of the shots he faced. Thanks to his new contract, we will kick off the 2021-22 campaign with the Russian between the sticks. Denis, welcome back!
