We started training before the new season

Pasy have started preparations for the 2020/21 season of the Polish Hockey League. Classes take place at the ice rink at Siedleckiego 7 Street, which has been adapted to the training needs in accordance with applicable sanitary regulations.

Participants are players with valid contracts and several juniors from the second team, including Jacek Szczepanik or Michał Jaracz. The trainings take place in accordance with the prevailing sanitary regime, which means that hockey players do not have access to the locker room, and the equipment is subject to mandatory disinfection after each exercise. In addition, the players have been divided into smaller groups and practice without contact at the required distance.

    - We are glad that we could start these preparations. For now, we will be training on our ice rink. There will be bicycles, rubber classes and work on fitness – said coach Rudolf Roháček.

Later, the training staff plans to diversify the classes, and as every year hockey players will be able to count on, among others running on hills or exercising in the field. However, the training plan may change and will be adapted to the current situation and related regulations.
